Fresh Ink ("Fresh Ink," "we," "us") is a sign, wrap and print shop located at 4729 Patch Rd #200, Orlando, FL 32822. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and prospective customers, how we use it, and how our text messaging works.

Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to quote and produce your job:

  • Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address, and business name — when you call, text, email, visit the shop, or submit a form on this site.
  • Project details — vehicle or sign specs, artwork and files, measurements, and notes about the work you want done.
  • Basic site data — standard web analytics such as pages visited and approximate region, used to understand how the site is used.

We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

How We Use It

  • Preparing and sending quotes and estimates.
  • Scheduling installs, drop-offs and pickups.
  • Sending proofs for your approval and getting production questions answered.
  • Letting you know when a job is ready.
  • Keeping records of work we've done for you.

SMS / Text Messaging

What we send

Fresh Ink sends customer-service text messages only — replies to your inquiries, quote follow-ups, proof approvals, scheduling coordination, and job-ready notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

You may consent to receive text messages from us in either of two ways: (1) verbally or in person when you contact the shop by phone or visit us, or (2) by checking an unchecked SMS-consent box on a form on this website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a single confirmation and will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (407) 412-5905.

No sharing of mobile data

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the messaging provider we use strictly to deliver our own messages to you.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our messaging provider, email host, or a print or install partner working on your job — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention and Security

We keep customer contact details, artwork and job records for as long as needed to service your account, handle reorders and warranty questions, and meet business and tax recordkeeping needs. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your contact information by emailing sales@freshinkorlando.com.
  • Ask us what information we have on file for you at any time.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
